| Popis: | The paper is devoted to the strategic issue of increasing labor productivity, the importance of which is outlined in the National Project "Labor Productivity and Employment Support." Based on the analysis of scientific literature and practical experience in the production activities of industrial enterprises, the paper summarizes the main problems of increasing labor productivity in various sectors of the economy. The identified problems indicate that manufacturing enterprises have a great deal of difficulties with labor productivity. This fact conditions the need to analyze the development peculiarities of the the milk processing industry from the point of view of labor productivity. The features of the enterprise's work and the assessment of its labor productivity were carried out on the example of Bryansk Dairy Enterprise PLC, which is the leader in the milk processing industry in the Bryansk region. The results of the analysis made it possible to conclude that the main factors of higher labor productivity are the size of the enterprise, the investments in fixed assets and in employee training, the use of digital technologies. Статья посвящена стратегическому вопросу повышения производительности труда, важность которого обозначена в Национальном проекте «Производительность труда и поддержка занятости». В статье на основе анализа научной литературы и практического опыта ведения производственной деятельности промышленных предприятий обобщаются основные проблемы повышения производительности труда в различных отраслях экономики. Выявленные проблемы указывают на то, что наибольшее количество сложностей с производительностью труда существует у предприятий обрабатывающей промышленности. Это послужило основанием для рассмотрения особенностей развития молокоперерабатывающей отрасли с позиции производительности труда. Особенности работы предприятия и оценка его производительности труда были проведены на примере ОАО «Брянский молочный комбинат», являющегося лидером по молокоперерабатывающей отрасли в Брянской области. Результаты анализа позволили сделать вывод, что главными факторами более высокой производительности труда являются размер предприятия, наличие инвестиций в основные фонды и в обучение сотрудников, применение цифровых технологий |
