Subject Terms: stresses, Anisotropy in solid mechanics, Rods (beams, columns, shafts, arches, rings, etc.), inhomogeneous in the thickness orthotropic cylinder, Stress
Description: The authors propose an approach of stress-strained state determination for shallow arbitrary inhomogeneous along the thickness orthotropic cylinders, which are rotating around the eccentric axis with constant angular velocity. A problem on stress state of one-layered cylinder of orthotropic material is considered as an example. The distribution of radial stresses and displacements along the cylinder radius is analyzed depending on eccentricity value change at arbitrary points \(r\), \(\theta\).
