| Beschreibung: | The article examines practical aspects of the application of motivational measures for the professional development of personnel in the crisis minds in which the Ukrainian economy finds itself. The normative and legal documents that regulate the areas of state support for the development of professional competencies of employees are summarized. The measures aimed at improving the professional competencies of managers in order to ensure the sustainable development of foreign economic activity and taking into account the prospects of Ukraine's entry into the innovative European space are substantiated. У статті досліджуються практичні аспекти застосування мотиваційних заходів професійного розвитку персоналу у кризових умовах, у яких опинилась українська економіка. Узагальнено нормативно-правові документи, які регулюють напрями державної підтримки розвитку професійних компетентностей працівників. Обґрунтовано заходи, спрямовані на удосконалення професійних компетентностей менеджерів з метою забезпечення сталого розвитку зовнішньоекономічної діяльності та з урахуванням перспективи входження України до інноваційного європростору. |
