| Abstract: |
Chapter 16 of the book "Consensus Design: Socially Inclusive Process" is presented. This chapter discusses the pros and cons of the consensus design process. It attributes the problems to the success of the consensus process. It cites a problem that the enthusiasm of the user group with whom the author designs can out-run their decision-making remit. The chapter concludes that consensus design does not demand exceptional skills, sensitivities and experience. |
