Abstract: This article presents answers to questions related to computer software scripting. In response to a question on various support functions in VBScript and JScript scripts, it is suggested that the user should use a new technology in Windows XP SP2 version called the Attachment Manager, or Attachment Execution Services. When the user saves an attachment or downloads a file, the Attachment Manager uses the current Internet zone settings to determine the attachment's or download's source. When saving the file, the Attachment Manager adds an alternate data stream named Zone.Identifier to the downloaded file.
