| Abstract (English): | This article is the result of the analysis of various bibliographic reference management tools, especially those that are free. The use of editorial tools by bibliographic editors has evolved rapidly since 2007. But, until recently, free software has fallen short when it comes to ergonomics or use. The functional and technical panorama offered by free software is the result of the comparison of JabRef Mendeley Desktop, BibDesk and Zotero software undertaken in January 2012 by two research professors affiliated with the Institut national français des techniques de la documentation (INTD). | Abstract (Spanish): | Este artículo es el producto de una reflexión sobre herramientas de gestión de referencias bibliográficas, en especial las que se ofrecen en forma libre o gratuita. Desde 2007, la interacción que existe entre las herramientas de redacción y los editores bibliográficos evoluciona rápidamente, aunque en el pasado estos programas libres hayan sido comparados, en términos de ergonomía o de uso, con la oferta propietaria. Esta perspectiva funcional y técnica que complementan las soluciones libres o gratuitas actuales resulta de la comparación de los programas JabRef, Mendeley Desktop, BibDesk y Zotero, que dos profesores-investigadores del Instituto nacional francés de técnicas de la documentación (INTD) llevaron a cabo en enero de 2012. Depuis 2007, l'interaction des outils de rédaction avec les éditeurs bibliographiques évolue rapidement, mais par le passé, les logiciels libres ont pu souffrir de la comparaison en termes d'ergonomie ou d'usage avec l'offre propriétaire. Ce panorama fonctionnel et technique approfondi des solutions libres ou gratuites actuelles résulte de la comparaison des logiciels JabRef, Mendeley Desktop, BibDesk et Zotero menée en janvier 2012 par deux enseignants chercheurs au sein de l'Institut national français des techniques de la documentation (INTD).
