| Abstrakt: |
The article focuses on the management of pain in patients with burn injuries. It is stated that with advancement in medical technology, patients are able to survive even after getting severely burned. Thus it gets really difficult to provide medical care that includes painful and distressing daily wound care and physical therapy/ occupational therapy (PT/OT) procedures. Therefore effective management that includes creativity and continued staff training on burn related pain needs, is required. |
