| Abstract (English): |
The development of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems is becoming increasingly important under the conditions of emerging energy and climate crises, which create the need for these systems—beyond their continuous improvement for operation under normal circumstances— to also be adapted for functioning in crisis situations. The advancement of HVAC systems stems from increasingly stringent requirements for energy efficiency, reduction of negative environmental impacts, and alignment with modern regulatory frameworks. Contemporary HVAC technologies are now focused on improved insulation and environmentally friendly refrigerants, on reducing carbon dioxide emissions, and on integrating renewable energy sources. In addition, there is a significant shift toward HVAC devices equipped with smart controls, remote management, and artificial intelligence. The paper also outlines possibilities such as thermal energy storage in sand, waste heat recovery from data centers, the application of various hybrid solutions, as well as the specific characteristics of HVAC systems in urban and rural areas. Razvoj sistema za grejanje, ventilaciju i klimatizaciju (KGH) postaje sve važniji u uslovima nastanka energetske i klimatske krize, koji izazivaju potrebu da se, uz stalno unapređenje za rad u normalnim uslovima, ovi sistemi prilagođavaju za rad i u kriznim uslovima. Unapređenje KGH sistema proizilazi iz sve strožijih zahteva za energetskom efikasnošć u, smanjenjem negativnog uticaja na životnu sredinu i usklađivanjem sa savremenim regulatornim okvirima. Moderne KGH tehnologije su sada usmerene na napredniju izolaciju i ekološki prihvatljiva rashladna sredstva, na smanjenje emisije ugljendiooksida i na integraciju obnovljivih izvora energije. Pvrh toga dolazi do značajnog pomaka ka KGH uređajima sa pametnim kontrolama, daljinskim upravljajem i sa veštačkom inteligencijom. U radu su navedene i mogućnosti akumulacije toplotne energije u pesku, rekuperacije otpadne toplote iz data centara, primene raznih hibridnih rešenja, kao i specifičnosti KGH sistema u urbanim i u ruralnim područjima.
