Abstract (English): Halogen-free composite flame-retardant masterbatch was prepared by melt blending polypropylene (PP) chips with a melt flow index of (25±5) g / 10 min, ammonium polyphosphate (APP), melamine polyphosphate (MPP), aluminum hydroxide (ATH), microencapsulated red phosphorus, antioxidant 1010, and anti-dripping agent polytetrafluoroethylene ( PTFE). The flame-retardant masterbatch was then blended with PP chips for blend spinning, followed by bulking and crimping to obtain halogen-free composite flame-retardant polypropylene bulked continuous filament (BCF). The preparation process and properties of the resulting flame-retardant BCF were investigated. The results showed that when the total mass fraction of flame retardants and additives in the masterbatch was 30% (APP 12%, MPP 6%, ATH 5%, microencapsulated red phosphorus 3%, antioxidant 1010 2%, and PTFE 2%), a good balance between the processing stability and flame-retardancy of the masterbatch could be ensured; with increasing the halogen-free composite flame-retardant masterbatch addition, the flame retardancy of the flame retardant PP BCF was improved, while the spinning stability and mechanical properties decreased; under the conditions of a spinning temperature of 230-250 ℃, cross air blowing temperature of 20 ℃ and speed of 0. 6 m/ s, hot-roller temperature of 125 ℃, draw ratio of 1. 10-1. 15, bulking temperature of 115 ℃, and winding speed of 2 000 m/ min, the halogen-free composite flameretardant polypropylene BCF prepared using a trilobal spinneret and 6% masterbatch by mass fraction showed good spinnability with slight smoke odor during spinning; the resulting fiber exhibited a breaking strength of 2. 48 cN/ dtex, elongation at break of 58. 72%, hot-crimp elongation of 27. 2%, limiting oxygen index of 29. 3%, and its UL94 flame-retardant rating reached the V-1 level, with no molten dripping observed during combustion. Abstract (Chinese): 采用熔融指数为每 10 min (25± 5) g 的聚丙烯 (PP) 切片与聚磷酸铵 (APP), 三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐 (MPP), 氢氧化铝 (ATH), 微胶囊包覆红磷, 抗氧剂 1010, 抗滴落剂聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE) 共混制得无卤复合阻 燃母粒, 然后将阻燃母粒与 PP 切片进行共混纺丝, 再经膨化卷曲制得无卤复合阻燃丙纶 BCF, 研究了制备 工艺及阻燃丙纶 BCF 的性能。 结果表明: 制备无卤复合阻燃母粒时, 阻燃剂及助剂的总质量分数为 30%, APP, MPP, ATH, 微胶囊包覆红磷, 抗氧剂 1010, PTFE 的质量分数分别为 12%, 6%, 5%, 3%, 2%, 2%, 可以兼 顾阻燃母粒的加工稳定性及阻燃性能; 随着无卤复合阻燃母粒添加量的增加, 阻燃丙纶 BCF 的阻燃性能提 高, 但纺丝稳定性和纤维力学性能下降; 在纺丝温度 230~ 250 ℃, 侧吹风温度 20 ℃, 速度 0. 6 m / s, 热辊温度 125 ℃, 拉伸倍数 1. 10~ 1. 15, 膨化温度 115 ℃, 卷绕速度 2 000 m /min, 阻燃母粒质量分数 6% 的条件下, 采用 三叶形喷丝板制备无卤复合阻燃丙纶 BCF, 可纺性好, 纺丝过程中有轻微的烟气异味, 阻燃丙纶 BCF 断裂强 度为 2. 48 cN/dtex, 断裂伸长率为 58. 72%, 热卷曲伸长率 27. 2%, 极限氧指数为 29. 3%, UL94 阻燃等级达 V -1 级, 燃烧时没有产生熔滴现象。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
