The article discusses the textile tools that were discovered at the archaeological sites in the Molyvoti Peninsula in Greece under the Molyvoti, Thrace, Archaeological Project (MTAP). The tools include spindle whorls, spindle hooks and loomweights, how the tools provide evidence on the activities and relationship of women in the ancient Mediterranean region and the tools found in the House of Gorgon, House of the Altar and House of Hermes. |
