Abstrakt: The article discusses the Roman-Early Byzantine cook wares that were discovered in the archaeological sites in the Molyvoti peninsula in Greece under the Molyvoti, Thrace, Archaeological Project (MTAP). Based on the collected cook-ware sherds, the vast majority of functional wares in the area are cooking vessels. Other topics include the Thracian gritty cook ware and the signs on the fabrics indicating that they were produced in the Rhodope plan or Thasos.
