Abstract (English): Generative artificial intelligence (AI) is revolutionizing the academic landscape, prompting educators to rethink traditional teaching and learning models. This study offers concrete recommendations for the effective implementation of ChatGPT in university technical courses and proposes its pedagogical integration combined with reflective tools such as digital blogs to mitigate the risks of technology dependency. It also highlights the need for additional research evaluating its long-term impact in different educational contexts. ChatGPT was implemented as a virtual assistant in a technical course for second-year digital marketing students, with the aim of facilitating error resolution, offering detailed explanations, and streamlining practical activities. Simultaneously, individual blogs were used as a metacognitive strategy to document the learning process, promoting critical reflection and analysis of the experience with AI. Through a mixed-methodological approach, surveys, structured observations, and analysis of submissions from 120 students were conducted over a 12-week period. The results reveal a 30% reduction in the time required to complete assignments and a 25% improvement in code quality and comprehension. However, challenges related to technological dependency emerged, which were mitigated by implementing individual blogs as reflective tools for recording processes, errors, and solutions adopted by students during practical activities. These findings reinforce the importance of combining AI tools with traditional pedagogical methodologies adapted to current technological demands. In conclusion, ChatGPT not only optimizes the technical quality of projects but also encourages critical and reflective interaction, establishing an adaptable framework for future innovative pedagogical approaches in higher education. Abstract (Spanish): La inteligencia artificial generativa (IA) está revolucionando el panorama académico, impulsando a los docentes a replantear los modelos tradicionales de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Este estudio ofrece recomendaciones concretas para la implementación efectiva de ChatGPT en asignaturas técnicas universitarias y plantea su integración pedagógica combinada con herramientas reflexivas como los blogs digitales, con el fin de mitigar riesgos de dependencia tecnológica. Además, subraya la necesidad de investigaciones adicionales que evalúen su impacto a largo plazo en diferentes contextos educativos. Se implementó ChatGPT como asistente virtual en una asignatura técnica para estudiantes de segundo año de marketing digital, con el objetivo de facilitar la resolución de errores, ofrecer explicaciones detalladas y dinamizar las actividades prácticas. Simultáneamente, se utilizaron blogs individuales como una estrategia metacognitiva para documentar el proceso de aprendizaje, promoviendo la reflexión crítica y el análisis de la experiencia con la IA. A través de un enfoque metodológico mixto, se realizaron encuestas, observaciones estructuradas y análisis de entregas de 120 estudiantes durante 12 semanas. Los resultados revelan una reducción del 30% en el tiempo necesario para completar tareas y una mejora del 25% en la calidad y comprensión del código. Sin embargo, surgieron desafíos relacionados con la dependencia tecnológica, mitigados mediante la implementación de blogs individuales como herramientas reflexivas para el registro de procesos, errores y soluciones adoptadas por los estudiantes durante las actividades prácticas. Estos hallazgos refuerzan la importancia de combinar herramientas de IA con metodologías pedagógicas tradicionales adaptadas a las demandas tecnológicas actuales.
