The lack of innovation in instructional media is a contributing factor to students' low performance in Javanese subjects. Consequently, this research aims to develop a Javanese language learning application for the Android platform. The methodologies employed include waterfall and a quasi-experiment. The learning application created is a game-based platform named "Nyuwun Pirso". In the evaluation phase, two media experts assessed the media's adequacy, one content expert evaluated the game's content, and 25 elementary school students were surveyed to measure improvements in learning outcomes. The feasibility and effectiveness tests yielded scores of 87.5% and 88% respectively, placing the tool in the highly feasible and effective category. Application testing with students revealed that the post-test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group. In conclusion, the "Nyuwun Pirsa" learning tool is not only suitable and effective but also has a positive impact on enhancing learning outcomes for Javanese language subjects.
