Abstract: The "Journal of Management Inquiry" introduced the Generative Curiosity (GC) section in 2017 to provide a platform for authors to explore novel and consequential topics in management and organization theory. The section has published 14 papers to date, focusing on understudied topics and offering new perspectives on existing ones. Authors are encouraged to clarify the importance of their chosen topics, demonstrate novelty, and provide a roadmap for future research. The section's evaluative criteria emphasize the need for relevance, novelty, and potential for future research. Updates to the submission process aim to streamline the review process and enhance the quality of submissions. [Extracted from the article]
