The objective is to analyse the evolution of the vineyard in the Calatayud region throughout the 20th century. The main sources of information are the National Topographic Map and the Map of Crops and Uses of Spain. The QGIS geographic information system and the Python programming language have been used to collect and process data. The vineyard has become a marginal element in the agricultural land uses, having disappeared from the valley bottoms and plain lands, but it has survived and relocated on slopes not suitable for other crops. El objetivo es analizar la evolución del viñedo en la comarca de Calatayud a lo largo del siglo XX. Las principales fuentes de información son el Mapa Topográfico Nacional y el Mapa de Cultivos y Aprovechamientos de España. Para la toma de datos y su tratamiento se han utilizado el sistema de información geográfica QGIS y el lenguaje de programación Python. El viñedo ha pasado a ser un elemento marginal en los usos del suelo agrarios, habiéndose constatado su desaparición en los fondos de valle y terrenos llanos y su pervivencia y relocalización en laderas no aptas para otros cultivos.
