| Abstrakt: |
The study of work motivation is still a hot topic to be researched, such as the results of this research which can explain which variables are able to increase work motivation, such as work discipline and work compensation which have implications in improving employee performance. The sample used in this study was 90 active employees of Bank BCA North Jakarta. Meanwhile, tabulation, data processing and analysis as well as hypothesis testing are carried out using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research found that work discipline has a direct effect on employee performance, work discipline has no effect on work motivation, work compensation has an effect on employee performance, work compensation has an effect on work motivation, and work motivation has no effect on the performance of Bank BCA North Jakarta employees. Meanwhile, the variable of work motivation is unable to mediate the indirect influence of work discipline and work compensation on the performance of employees of Bank BCA North Jakarta.
