Abstract: The article "Retraction Note: Identification of one critical amino acid that determines a conformational neutralizing epitope in the capsid protein of porcine circovirus type 2" published in BMC Microbiology in 2011 has been retracted due to concerns about the figures presented in the work. An investigation revealed that there were issues with the integrity of the research, specifically with overlapping images of tissues from different animals.
