| Abstract (English): |
The article analyzes, through a literature review, scientific productions that discuss the relationship between work, education and the formation of subjectivity in the context of Industry 4.0. Based on dialectical historical materialism, the objective was to analyze the aspects of the industrial pedagogical project of the so-called Industry 4.0, seeking to understand the treatment given to the formation of workers' subjectivity. The analysis concludes that the advent of the Industry 4.0 program implies the renewal of class conflict mediation mechanisms in the educational field from the perspective of flexible models of productive organization characterizing a permanent productive restructuring. It is also identified that this pedagogical project ratifies the pragmatic, immediate and interested character of human formation of the new pedagogical configurations typical of Industry 4.0 through new devices for the subjective mobilization of workers. O artigo analisa, por meio de uma revisão de literatura, as produções científicas que tratam da relação entre trabalho, educação e a formação da subjetividade no contexto da Indústria 4.0. Fundamentado no materialismo histórico dialético, o objetivo foi analisar elementos constitutivos do projeto pedagógico industrial da chamada Indústria 4.0 buscando apreender o trato dado à formação da subjetividade dos trabalhadores. A análise conclui que o advento do programa Indústria 4.0 implica a renovação dos mecanismos de mediação do conflito de classes no campo educacional sob a perspectiva dos modelos flexíveis de organização produtiva caracterizando uma reestruturação produtiva permanente. Identifica-se ainda que este projeto pedagógico ratifica o caráter pragmático, imediatista e interessado de formação humana das novas configurações pedagógicas próprias da Indústria 4.0 mediante novos dispositivos de mobilização subjetiva dos trabalhadores.
