In Lower Saxony, the adoption of a revised legal deposit regulation incorporating the introduction of the new e-requirement for online publications, is imminent. The Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Library has been preparing for this in various projects focusing on open access transformation of publications in Lower Saxony. In this article, a key focus project, as well as one on identifying archiving responsibilities regarding deposit copies from Lower Saxony in K10plus, are described. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

In Niedersachsen wird die Verabschiedung eines neuen Niedersächsischen Pflichtexemplargesetzes, welches die Einführung der E-Pflicht regelt, für Ende 2024 erwartet. Die Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Bibliothek hat sich in den letzten Jahren in verschiedenen Projekten auf die Einführung der E-Pflicht vorbereitet und dabei einen Schwerpunkt auf Open-Access-Transformation von niedersächsischen Publikationen gelegt. Dieses, sowie ein Projekt zur Kennzeichnung von Archivierungsverantwortungen in Bezug auf niedersächsische Pflichtexemplare im K10plus, werden in diesem Beitrag vorgestellt. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
