| Abstract (English): | Introduction: This study investigates the influence of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX), Quality Work Life (QWL), and Resilience on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Employee Well-being in real estate companies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research aims to provide insights into the complex interplay between these factors within the unique context of the real estate industry in Yogyakarta. Data were collected through surveys administered to employees in various real estate companies in the region. Secondly, the study found that a work environment supportive of quality work life was associated with increased Employee Well-being. Factors such as work-life balance initiatives, recognition of contributions, and a supportive organizational culture contributed to higher levels of well-being among employees. By understanding and addressing these factors, organizations can improve employee well-being and performance, ultimately leading to greater success in the competitive real estate industry of Yogyakarta. Objective: This study investigates the influence of Leader-Member Exchange (LMX), Quality Work Life (QWL), and Resilience on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Employee Well-being in real estate companies in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Research Implications: The findings suggest that enhancing LMX, QWL, and Resilience can improve OCB and Employee Well-being, positively affecting employee performance. Real estate companies in Yogyakarta can benefit from implementing strategies that support these factors to achieve better organizational outcomes. | Abstract (Spanish): | Introducción: Este estudio investiga la influencia del Intercambio Líder-Miembro (LMX), la Calidad de Vida Laboral (QWL) y la Resiliencia en el desempeño de los empleados a través del Comportamiento de Ciudadanía Organizacional (OCB) y el Bienestar de los Empleados en empresas inmobiliarias en la Región Especial de Yogyakarta. . La investigación tiene como objetivo proporcionar información sobre la compleja interacción entre estos factores dentro del contexto único de la industria inmobiliaria en Yogyakarta. Los datos fueron recolectados a través de encuestas administradas a empleados de diversas empresas inmobiliarias de la región. En segundo lugar, el estudio encontró que un entorno laboral que propiciara una vida laboral de calidad se asociaba con un mayor bienestar de los empleados. A pesquisa visa fornecer insights sobre a complexa interação entre esses fatores no contexto único do setor imobiliário em Yogyakarta. Os dados foram coletados por meio de pesquisas aplicadas a funcionários de diversas imobiliárias da região. Em segundo lugar, o estudo concluiu que um ambiente de trabalho favorável à qualidade de vida profissional estava associado ao aumento do bem-estar dos funcionários. Fatores como iniciativas de equilíbrio entre vida profissional e pessoal, reconhecimento de contribuições e uma cultura organizacional de apoio contribuíram para níveis mais elevados de bem-estar entre os funcionários.
