The journal has grown and established itself in the field of human resource development (HRD), bringing together various research fields such as economics, management, education, sociology, psychology, and technology. The journal has gained recognition in social science research and has seen an increase in submissions. The current issue features research articles on workplace spirituality, the effects of human resources bundles on aging employees, the role of inclusive leadership, and achievement goals and informal workplace learning.
