Abstract (English): The project "digGer - Open Education in German Studies" was carried out by the universities of Siegen, Duisburg-Essen, and Paderborn and aimed to develop digital educational resources on topics of German Linguistics and Language Didactics and make them accessible as Open Educational Resources (OER). Seven OER courses on various topics were developed and published on the online portal ORCA.nrw. The course "Digital Communication in Organizations and Institutions" covers various aspects of digital communication in organizational and institutional contexts. The learning materials are based on the concept of Constructive Alignment and the concept of Inquiry-Based Learning and can be used for both self-study by students and in teaching contexts. Various scenarios for the use of the learning materials were described, and evaluation measures were carried out to obtain feedback from students and subject experts. The feedback was mostly positive, but improvement suggestions were also made. The goal is to expand and connect the materials and to test and evaluate the courses at other universities. [Extracted from the article]
