Abstract (English): Geographic Information System (GIS) with Popular Participation enables society to provide data on public services collaboratively. In Public Safety, the collaborative mapping of urban disorders can be carried out through these systems. It is essential to study the social disorder because of its related to some crimes. Thus, with the mapping of urban disorders it is possible to analyze the phenomenon, to understand its dynamics and to promote preventive actions to combat them. In this context, this article aims to present the Tô de Olho, an architecture for the collection of voluntary data on the urban disorder in Distrito Federal, Brazil. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Portuguese): Sistema de Informação Geográfico (SIG) com Participação Popular possibilita a sociedade fornecer dados sobre serviços públicos de maneira colaborativa. Esta informação pode auxiliar os gestores públicos na definição de políticas públicas. Na área de Segurança Pública o mapeamento colaborativo de desordens urbanas pode ser realizado por meio desses sistemas. O estudo da desordem social é importante, uma vez que, a mesma pode estar relacionada com algum crime. Assim, com o mapeamento de desordens urbanas é possível analisar o fenômeno, entender sua dinâmica e promover ações preventivas para combatê-las. Nesse contexto, este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar o Tô de olho, uma arquitetura para a coleta de dados voluntários sobre desordem urbana implementado no Distrito Federal no Brasil.
