Abstract: The objective of this research is to design and develop a mobile application for the purchase of rubber on mobile phones on the Android operating system, and evaluate the satisfaction of users of mobile applications to buy rubber on the Android mobile operating system. The sample is the people involved in the rubber business in Thung Song District. The 50 samples were selected by purposive sampling. The statistics used in the data analysis were average and standard deviation In the development of mobile applications for the purchase of rubber on the mobile operating system on Android operating system. 6 functions are: 1) subscription; 2) logging; 3) customer data management; 4) rubber price information management; 5) rubber purchase information management; and 6) Android SDK on Android 5.0 and above. Using the android studio and Java Development Kit (JDK), the results showed that the overall rating was the most satisfied (X'= 4.38, S.D. = 0.73). By the experts, and evaluation of user satisfaction has the same opinion. Developed applications are of acceptable quality and can meet the needs of users, can be used, easy to find and store data systematically, can reduce cost. A new channel for customers or users to track data, easy to use, meet the needs of today's service increasingly. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
