| Abstract (English): |
In the implementation of nursing practice some situations in which theoretical and apparent level considered unexplainable. Intuition is one of these situations that cannot be given this interpretation and therefore the meaning is often disputed in scientific fields. According to the chronological review of the phenomenon of intuition, described as a reasoning power. The concept of intuition stems from the status of elusive and based on the skills of the nurse. The role of intuition is associated with the detection of the patient's needs and problems and facilitating the correct application of the nursing process and adapting to a multidimensional reality. Guides nurse to solve difficult situations, favoring the development and leadership of the same and promotes the innovation nursing science. The importance and usefulness of intuition sometimes even outweighing the importance and usefulness of nursing evidence based and therefore very often not accepted and collides with rationalism. Κατά την εφαρμογή της νοσηλευτικής λειτουργούν κάποιες καταστάσεις οι οποίες σε θεωρητικό και φαινομενικό επίπεδο θεωρούνται ανεξήγητες. Η διαίσθηση είναι μια από αυτές τις καταστάσεις για την οποία δεν μπορεί να δοθεί συγκεκριμένη ερμηνεία και για το λόγο αυτό η έννοιά της αμφισβητείται συχνά σε επιστημονικά πεδία. Σύμφωνα με τη χρονολογική ανασκόπηση του φαινομένου της διαίσθησης, αυτή περιγράφεται ως συλλογιστική δύναμη. Η έννοια της διαίσθησης πηγάζει από την ιδιότητα του ασύλληπτου και βασίζεται στις ικανότητες του νοσηλευτή. Ο ρόλος της συνδέεται με την ανίχνευση των αναγκών και προβλημάτων του ασθενή, τη διευκόλυνση της ορθής εφαρμογής της νοσηλευτικής διεργασίας και την αρμονική προσαρμογή σε μια πολυδιάστατη πραγματικότητα. Ποδηγετεί το νοσηλευτή στην επίλυση δύσκολων καταστάσεων, ευνοεί την εξέλιξη και τη πρωτοπορία του ίδιου και προωθεί την καινοτομία της νοσηλευτικής επιστήμης. Η σημασία και η χρησιμότητά της κάποιες φορές υπερφαλαγγίζει ακόμα και τη σημασία και τη χρησιμότητα της νοσηλευτικής πρακτικής βασισμένη σε ενδείξεις και γι’ αυτό πολύ συχνά δεν γίνεται αποδεκτή και συγκρούεται με τον ορθολογισμό.
