| Abstract (English): |
This study aimed to improve the user experience of RV furniture design and optimize the functional layout in limited space through a systematic approach. The research used the method of user experience map combined with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to deeply analyze the pain points and needs of RV users in six areas, including rest, office, leisure, kitchen, washing, and storage. Firstly, a user experience map through user interview and observation was drawn to identify the core problems in different use scenarios. Then, AHP method was used to quantitatively evaluate and sort the pain points of users in each area. The results showed that the pain points of the users in the kitchen area are the most significant, mainly concentrated in the problems of oil smoke, space constraints, and equipment power shortage. Based on this, the external kitchen design scheme was proposed to expand the functional area, improve cooking efficiency and user satisfaction. The research showed that the multi-dimensional method combining user experience and AHP can help to accurately identify user needs and guide the innovative design of RV furniture. This study not only provided a scientific basis for the design of RV furniture, but also provided a new idea for the optimization design of future RV, which was of great significance for improving the quality of sojourn life. 采用用户体验地图与层次分析法(AHP)相结合的方法, 深入分析房车用户在休息、办公、休闲、餐厨、洗漱及储物 六大区域中的痛点与需求。首先, 通过用户访谈与观察绘制用户体验地图, 识别出不同使用场景中的核心问题。随后, 运用AHP对各区域的用户痛点进行定量评估与排序。结果表明:餐厨区用户痛点最为显著, 主要集中在油烟问题、空间 局促及设备功率不足等方面。基于此, 提出了外置餐厨的设计方案, 以期拓展功能区域、提升烹饪效率和用户满意度。 研究表明:结合用户体验与AHP的多维度方法, 有助于精确识别用户需求并指导房车家具的创新设计。研究结果不仅可 以为房车家具设计提供科学依据, 还可以为未来房车的优化设计提供新思路, 对提升旅居生活品质具有重要意义.
