| Abstract (English): |
In this paper, the theory of value net to explore the theory and logic of realizing the value of collective forest ecological products from the perspective of stakeholder value co-creation was introduced, and its practical path based on case analysis was analyzed. The results showed that the driving force of realizing the value of the collective forest ecological products came from the value net built by the stakeholders, and the value creation process depended on the professional division of labor and cooperation of the stakeholders. The practical path to realize the value of the ecological products of the collective public welfare forest included ecological protection compensation, ecological industry development, and ecological financial innovation, which were respectively the embodiment of value attribute, relationship attribute, and ability attribute in the three types of value net, which were government-led, market-centered, and government-market mixed, respectively. In order to promote the realization of the ecological value of the collective public welfare forest, some policy suggestions were put forward including improving the compensation mechanism of ecological protection, constructing the cooperative mechanism of protection and utilization, and innovating the ecological financial service mechanism. 引入价值网理论, 从利益相关者价值共创视角探究集体公益林生态产品价值实现的理论机制, 基于案例分析对其 实践路径进行深入剖析。结果表明：集体公益林生态产品价值实现驱动力来源于利益相关者共建的价值网, 其价值创造 过程依赖于各方利益主体专业分工与协作。集体公益林生态产品价值实现的实践路径包括生态保护补偿、生态产业开 发、生态金融创新, 分别是以政府部门为主导、以市场为核心、政府部门与市场混合的三类价值网中价值属性、关系属性 和能力属性的具化。为促进集体公益林生态价值的实现, 提出完善生态保护补偿机制、构建保护与利用协同机制、创新 生态金融服务机制等政策建议.
