Abstrakt:	This article presents a commentary by the editor-in-chief in which she discusses her commitment to maintain the high quality of articles published in "MIS Quarterly." She describes her efforts to expand the publication's reviewer base and change the mindset of reviewers, as too few articles successfully navigate the publication's review process. Literature that offers some important insights about reviewing practices is discussed.
