Abstract: The article presents a report from the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) which reviewed the status of the Joint Cyber Warfighting Architecture (JCWA) created by the Cyber Command to integrate cyber warfighting systems. Topics covered include a description of the JCWA concept, systems and planned capabilities, and an assessment of the extent to which the Department of Defense (DOD) has defined interoperability goals and a governance structure to guide system acquisitions.
