The article focuses on the programs offered at the Owens Community College (OCC) School of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness in Toledo, Ohio. The school offers associate of applied science degree in criminal justice technology, emergency management and planning, emergency medical management, fire science technology and public safety communications. Its new Center for Emergency Preparedness is designed to expand public safety training and preparedness. |
