| Abstract: |
Uzbekistan, like many other countries, faces a range of challenges in achieving gender equality. Despite legislative and practical efforts by the government, as well as growing awareness of gender equality issues, inequalities persist in various areas of life. This article employs an analysis of statistical data provided by relevant national statistical agencies and international organizations. Indicators of employment, education, participation in decision-making at the state level, and other aspects reflecting the status of gender equality in Uzbekistan were analyzed.
