Abstract (English): The article presents an interprofessional collaboration between school and university (teacher education) with a focus on communication, knowledge gain and professionalization in the group. The communication between the participants was examined in an explorative manner. The „reflective dialog" proved to be a suitable form of communication for establishing a link between theoretical and practical knowledge. Different roles and objectives emerged as well as some formative aspects in the common creation of knowledge. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (German): Der Beitrag stellt eine interprofessionelle Kollaboration zwischen Schule und Universität (Lehramt) mit Fokus auf Kommunikationsverhalten, Erkenntnisgewinn und Professionalisierung in der Gruppe vor. Die Kommunikation zwischen den Teilnehmenden wurde explorativ untersucht. Die Form des „reflektierenden Dialogs" erwies sich als geeignete Kommunikationsform, um eine Verbindung von theoretischem und praktischem Wissen herzustellen. Es zeigten sich unterschiedliche Rollen und Zielsetzungen sowie einige gestaltende Aspekte in der gemeinsamen Erkenntnisgewinnung. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
