Additive Manufacturing (AM) has revolutionized modern manufacturing by enabling the production of complex geometries with high precision and efficiency. Among the various techniques in AM, optimizing process parameters is crucial for achieving desired outcomes, and Response Surface Methodology (RSM) has emerged as a powerful tool in this context. RSM facilitates the design and analysis of experiments to model and optimize the relationships between multiple process parameters and response variables. This paper provides an overview of the application of RSM in additive manufacturing, highlighting its role in fine-tuning process parameters across different AM techniques. By systematically reviewing recent studies, the paper underscores the significance of RSM in enhancing the efficiency and quality of AM processes. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
