Abstract (English): This article is based on an example of an intervention carried out in the Activity Clinic perspective, within the municipal cleaning service of the City of Lille. It aims to show how deliberation organized around work quality criteria can lead operators to influence decision-making processes that affect their own work. During this process, they develop their power to act upon their own work and take on new responsibilities in the organization that ensure the continuity of deliberations over time. From the perspective of an “ecology of work”, they thus become “sentinels” in the long run, watching from the inside over the quality of their work, for their own health, but also outwards, for public health in general. Abstract (Spanish): Este artículo se basa en el caso de una intervención realizada desde la perspectiva de la clínica de la actividad, en el ámbito del servicio municipal de limpieza de la ciudad de Lille. El objetivo es mostrar cómo la deliberación organizada en torno a un trabajo bien hecho puede conducir a los operadores a influir en los procesos de decisión que atañen a su propio trabajo. En el transcurso de este proceso, desarrollan su poder de actuar sobre su propio trabajo y asumen nuevas responsabilidades en la organización, lo que asegura la continuidad de las deliberaciones a lo largo del tiempo. Desde la perspectiva de una "ecología del trabajo", se convierten así en "centinelas" a largo plazo, velando por la calidad de su trabajo desde el interior, por su propia salud, pero también para el exterior, para la salud pública en general. Abstract (French): Cet article s’appuie sur l’exemple d’une intervention réalisée en clinique de l’activité, au sein du service de propreté municipal de la Ville de Lille, pour montrer comment la délibération organisée autour du travail bien fait peut conduire les opérateurs de terrain à influencer les processus décisionnels qui concernent leur propre travail. Au cours de ce processus, ils développent leur pouvoir d’agir sur leur travail et endossent de nouvelles responsabilités dans l’organisation qui permettent de garantir la continuité des délibérations dans le temps. Dans la perspective d’une « écologie du travail », ils deviennent ainsi des « sentinelles » au long court, qui veillent de l’intérieur à la qualité de leur travail, pour leur propre santé, mais aussi vers l’extérieur, pour la santé publique en général. Abstract (Portuguese): Este artigo baseia-se no caso de uma intervenção realizada em clínica da atividade, no âmbito do serviço de limpeza municipal da cidade de Lille, para mostrar como a deliberação organizada em torno de um trabalho bem feito pode conduzir os operadores de terreno a influenciar os processos de decisão que dizem respeito ao seu próprio trabalho. No decurso deste processo, eles desenvolvem o seu poder de agir sobre o próprio trabalho e assumem novas responsabilidades na organização, que asseguram a continuidade das deliberações ao longo do tempo. Na perspetiva de uma "ecologia do trabalho", eles tornam-se assim "sentinelas" a longo prazo, velando pela qualidade do seu trabalho a partir do interior, para a sua própria saúde, mas também para o exterior, para a saúde pública em geral.
