Abstract: Precise Project Size, Budget, planning and coordination are necessary for smooth completion of the construction projects. Introduction of advanced programs like Primavera, which offer extensive capabilities for project planning and coordination altered the regular practices. Primavera helps to manage construction project budget, scheduling and scope of project. Project managers can identify Critical activities, monitor project progress, forecast delays which helps to assign and optimize resources effectively using the tools like resource comparison and Gantt Chats which in turn improve the Project quality. Project planning plays a crucial role in establishing costs, assigning the resources and Primavera automatic quantity estimation minimizes the errors Project Management requires effective planning, Monitoring and budgeting to ensure long term profitability. Primavera helps in examining the expenditure and contrast real and planning budget. With the help of Primavera and skilled project managers, there will be a reduce in construction projects risks, increase productivity and helps to complete the project in stipulated time and budget.
