Abstract (English): The study aimed to identify the soft leadership skills of leaders in educational institutions and ways to improve them in light of modern developments. The study adopted a qualitative approach, and the researcher conducted interviews with (30) faculty members from educational institutions. The results of these interviews showed that faculty members presented five ways to improve soft leadership skills, including adopting modern leadership methods that develop the basic skills of leaders in their work environments; reviewing the regulations and laws governing educational institutions and their general policies; informing leaders of digital and technical strategies that help them perform their duties effectively; directing educational institutions to promote creativity, innovation, and collaborative work among all their members and the surrounding local community; and spreading the culture of soft leadership and the necessity of its implementation by leaders in their educational institutions. The study recommended strengthening the role of leaders in the success and effective continuity of educational institutions. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Arabic): هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى مهارات القيادة الناعمة لدى القادة في المؤسسات التربوية وطرق تحسينها في ظل التطورات العصرية، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج النوعي، وقامت الباحثة بإجراء مقابلات مع (30) عضو هيئة تدريس من المؤسسات التربوية. وأظهرت نتائج هذه المقابلات أن أعضاء هيئة التدريس قدموا خمسة طرق لتحسين مهارات القيادة الناعمة شملت إتباع أساليب قيادية حديثة تنمي المهارات الأساسية لدى القادة في بيئات عملهم, إعادة النظر في الأنظمة والقوانين الناظمة التي تخص المؤسسات التربوية وسياساتها العامة, إطلاع القادة على الاستراتيجيات الرقمية والتقنية التي تساعدهم على تأدية مهامهم بطرق فعالة توجه المؤسسات التربوية إلى تعزيز الابداع والابتكار والعمل التعاوني بين جميع أفرادها والمجتمع المحلي المحيط, نشر ثقافة القيادة الناعمة وضرورة تطبيقها من قبل القادة في مؤسساتهم التربوية. وأوصت الدراسة تعزيز دور القادة في نجاحالمؤسسات التربوية واستمرارها بشكل فعال.
