Abstract (English): The paper deals with initiatives for the introduction of inclusive services in the City Library of Pančevo for vulnerable categories of citizens. They are usually initiated and carried by the Department for communication and inclusion. The paper presents the genesis, describes examples and effects of these services, and stresses the importance of wider societal action in the field, as well as cooperation with the NGO sector. It mentions the importance of the periodical „Pančevačko čitalište", later „Čitalište: Scientific Journal for Theory and Practice of Librarianship" that marked the way to professional advancements. It offered a theoretical base, information and examples of best practices concerning innovative services in the City Library of Pančevo. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Serbian): Рад је посвећен покушајима увођења инклузивних сервиса за рањиве категорије становништва у Градској библиотеци Панчево (ГБП). Њихов иницијатор и носилац у већини случајева је Одељење за комуникацију и инклузију. У тексту је представљена генеза, описани су конкретни примери и ефекти ових услуга и истакнута важност шире друштвене акције на овом пољу и сарадње са цивилним сектором. Поменут је значај Панчевачког читалишта, касније Читалишта: научног часописа за теорију и праксу библиотекарства, који је био путоказ ка професионалном напредовању. Он је пружио теоријске основе, информације и примере добре праксе када је реч о иновативним сервисима ГБП. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
