Abstract (English): The study aims to understand the influence of three factors (financial gain, passion for innovation and social recognition) on entrepreneurial motivation of Algerian students. Methodology: using a sample of 204 students and Covariance-Based Structural Equation Modeling (CB-SEM), we aimed to test the hypothesis regarding the relationships between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and entrepreneurial motivation. Findings: The research reveals that the passion for innovation is the most influential factor with the financial gain closely following, and then social recognition. The study further suggests that education programs involving aspects of creativity and innovations; should be employed to enhance the students' entrepreneurial motivation. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Arabic): المقالة تبحث في محددات الدافع الريادي بين طلاب الجامعات في الجزائر، مع التركيز على ثلاثة عوامل رئيسية: المكاسب المالية، والشغف بالابتكار، والاعتراف الاجتماعي. باستخدام عينة من 204 طلاب وتطبيق نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية القائمة على التباين (CB-SEM)، توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الشغف بالابتكار هو المحفز الأكثر أهمية، يليه المكاسب المالية، بينما يلعب الاعتراف الاجتماعي دورًا أقل. تشير النتائج إلى أن البرامج التعليمية يجب أن تركز على الإبداع والابتكار لتعزيز دافع الطلاب الريادي. بشكل عام، تسهم هذه الأبحاث في تقديم رؤى قيمة حول العوامل التي تؤثر على النية الريادية بين الطلاب في السياق الجزائري.
