The relationship between mysticism and music, traces of which can be found in many belief systems from past to present, has created a view of music that becomes apparent through rituals and is given meaning through mystical subjects, and in general terms, this view has been limited to a framework in which music has become a tool. Knowledge, which has an implicit and secret nature in belief systems, exists symbolically in ritual practices. The relationship between mysticism and music, which offers a road map to access knowledge and wisdom, contains a theological, artistic and philosophical mosaic. As can be understood, each element that makes up this mosaic is an important element that creates the holistic structure. In the study, the argument of seeing music only as a tool has been questioned with a metaphysical content based on philosophical, theological and artistic academic literature. In this study, related literature has been critically reviewed, related fields and multidisciplinary works have been assessed, and collected information has been classified according to a metaphysical point of view by focusing on identities existing in philosophy, art, and theology. In this regard, the relationship between faith and music has been interpreted on the overlapping metaphysical intellectual basis of both the art of music philosophy and theological subjects. As a result, an accumulation of fundamental theological, artistic and philosophical thoughts that are the source of all these fields, fed by the same problems, the same subjects and existential issues, are presented in this article. Geçmişten bugüne izlerine pek çok inanç sisteminde rastlayabileceğimiz mistisizm ve müzik ilişkisi, ritüellerle belirginlik kazanan ve mistik konular ile anlamlandırılan bir müzik görüşü meydana getirmiş ve genel anlamıyla bu görüş müziğin araç vasfı taşıdığı bir çerçeve ile sınırlandırılmıştır. İnanç sistemlerinde örtülü ve sırlı bir niteliğe bürünen bilgi kendini ritüelik uygulamalar içerisinde sembolik bir biçimde var eder. Bilgiye ve bilgeliğe erişmek için bir yol haritası sunan mistisizm ve müzik ilişkisi teolojik, sanatsal ve felsefik bir mozaiği muhtevasında barındırır. Anlaşılacağı üzere bu mozaiği meydana getiren her bir unsur bütünsel yapıyı meydana getiren önemli bir öğedir. Çalışmada müziği sadece bir araç olarak görmek argümanı felsefi, teolojik ve sanatsal bir akademik yazın baz alınarak metafiziksel bir içerikle sorgulanmıştır. Eleştirel derleme niteliğinde olan bu çalışmada literatür tarama tekniğinden faydalanılmış, çalışmaya konu olan alanlar ve disiplinlerarası çalışmalar taranmış, veriler ise metafiziksel bir bakış açısıyla, felsefe, sanat ve teolojinin kökenindeki özdeşliklere odaklanılarak sınıflandırılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda gerek müzik sanatının gerek felsefe ve teolojik konuların birbirleriyle örtüşen metafiziksel fikri zemini üzerinden inanç ve müzik ilişkisi yorumlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak bütün bu alanlara kaynak olan en temeldeki teolojik, sanatsal ve filozofik düşüncelerin aynı problemler, aynı konular ve varoluş meselelerinden beslendiği bir birikim bu makalede sunulmuştur.
