The article features the 28th Amendment Project created by Brooklyn Public Library in 2019 to remind Americans that they possess the power to build a more perfect union. Topics discussed include the original conception of the initiative as an art project, how the project encourages patrons to study the Constitution, and the creation of a free downloadable toolkit to assist other libraries interested in replicating the 28th Amendment Project. |
