Abstract (English): OBJECTIVE: To investigate the method of online statistics for application indicators of antibiotics in medical institutions by informatization. METHODS: To log in the hospital management system of background database by using PowerBuilder software, and then to write SQL query program inJinan Municipal Third People's Hospital (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"), and statistical collection was conducted on the basic application data of antibiotics, which would be imported into Excel table to conduct the calculation on all indicators. RESULTS: Through SQL query program, the basic application data of antibiotics in all the clinical departments of our hospital were collected in terms of number of inpatients, number of application and use frequency, etc. And the application rate of antibiotics, AUD and the percentage of antibiotics cost versus total drug cost were calculated via the basic data. CONCLUSIONS: This query program is simple and accurate, it can not only lessen the workload statistics, but also improve the efficiency and provide useful practical experience for the automatic and technological monitoring in antibiotics. Abstract (Chinese): 目的:了解医疗机构利用信息化方式在线统计抗菌药物使用指标的方法。方法:介绍利用Power Builder软件编写SQL查询程序,登陆医院管理系统的后台数据库,调取、统计医院使用抗菌药物的基础数据,再将此导入Excel表中计算各项使用指标。结果:通过SQL查询程序,能够统计出济南市第三人民医院(以下简称"我院")及临床各科室使用抗菌药物的基础数据,如住院患者人数、使用人数、使用频度等;再根据基础数据计算出抗菌药物使用率、使用强度、抗菌药物费用占药品费用总额的百分率等各项使用指标。结论:该查询程序简便易行,既可减少统计工作量,又能提高效率,可为抗菌药物监测的自动化、信息化提供有益的实践经验。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
