| Zusammenfassung: | According to the Controller General of Patents, Designs & Trade Marks, "Antibody with a specificity for truncated forms of human tau protein, being truncated either at the N- or at the C-terminus or at both termini, said truncated forms being conformationally different from normal human tau and said truncated forms comprising at least from amino acid residue 300 to amino acid residue 400 of the longest human tau isoform consisting of 441 amino acids, said antibody being non specific for normal tau protein, said antibody having a specificity of at least 50%, especially at least 90%, to said truncated forms of human tau protein compared to the antibody produced by the deposited hybridoma cell line DC-11 or DC-11/I with the deposit numbers 00082215 and 00082216 of the ECACC." |
