| Abstract | How are the participants' experiences dealt with in adult education and how are they placed in relation to the knowledge imparted? The book explores this question by looking at training events for educators. The investigation is based on didactic concepts that ascribe experience a central role in adult education. Underpinned by findings from interaction research, adult education is analysed as a way of dealing with knowledge.
