Description
Summary:Intelligent Soft Open Point (SOP) and energy storage are effective ways to absorb distributed new energy in spatial-time dimension. A two-layer joint planning model for SOP and energy storage is proposed in this paper. Among the model, the upper layer model optimizes the site and capacity of these distributed resources, and the lower layer takes the minimum daily total loss of the distribution network as the goal to optimize the system operation state. The improved DC power flow algorithm is combined with the mixed integer nonlinear programming algorithm to effectively solve the proposed model. The effectiveness of the joint programming method is verified in the IEEE 33-node flexible interconnected distribution network example.
