Abstract Accurate Olympic medal predictions are critical for governments as globalization-driven sports internationalization boosts national strategies via public influence. The ALTEA composite model addresses this need through a four-dimensional framework. It applies ARIMA to historical medal data, quantifies host advantages via logistic regression, weights indicators using entropy and AHP, and employs Topsis model to evaluate countries' overall strength and predict the 2028 Olympic medal table. This highly applicable, comprehensive, and accurate model is crucial for sports development and national image-building.
