Shrnutí:The theory of microscope for imaging thick transparent samples and iterative restrained deconvolution algorithm are introduced in this paper. Under the microscope imaging principle of transparency, clarity of the known three-dimensional images is degenerated, and the defocusing information of the degraded images is removed with restrained iteration deconvolution algorithm. The experimental results show that defocusing the image information of the interference has been effectively removed, for clarity and signal to noise ratio has been significantly improved, and the imaging algorithm can recover the lost part of the process of frequency components to achieve super-resolution recovery. When iterations is in a large number, the recovery is better than the neighborhood and liner methods.
