Summary:The software tools that were used to simulate the impacts from the change of prices for fuel and energy on economic subjects of the Russian economy are described. The equations of product input-output balances are used here to coordinate the decisions of economic subjects. An algorithm for obtaining a solution of a system of linear inequalities of this problem is proposed. It based on the method of inverse matrix and can be considered as an alternative to the simplex algorithm. Its implementation is an improvement of the software tools of the Creator and Digger complex developed earlier in ERIRAS.
