Description
Summary:This paper presents a new methodology for the control and design of distributed service architectures in an open environment. A domotic service illustrates and introduces the modelling keypoints. In particular, an explicit modelling of the attentional mechanism is used to overcome the lack of a global state in distributed systems and the relative impossibility to explicitly model all external events.
