Zusammenfassung:Aiming at the problems that the product manufacturing process of intelligent production line is not intelligent enough and the on-site commissioning is costly, long and risky, a virtual commissioning system design scheme of intelligent production line oriented to digital twin is proposed. Firstly, a data- driven multi-dimensional fusion modeling method of digital twin is used to construct a multi-dimensional model of the digital twin of an smart production line; secondly, in order to improve the intelligence of the smart production line, a heuristic ant colony algorithm is proposed to optimize the allocation of cargo space in the automated three-dimensional warehouse; then, the communication mechanism and information interaction principle of the digital twin system of the smart production line are studied and analyzed; finally, the experiment proves that Finally, it is proved through experiments that the solution can reduce the risk of on-site commissioning of intelligent production line, shorten the commissioning time, and provide an effective solution for the intelligent enhancement and commissioning of intelligent production line.
