Shrnutí:A practical approach for adding type-safe static-context duck typing to an object-oriented programming language is proposed. This approach is suitable for languages such as Java, C#, or Visual Basic.NET. Duck-typing is shown to increase testability and flexibility by reducing type coupling. This approach is implemented for .NET languages and the impact on reliability, tooling, maintainability, and performance is compared to existing alternatives.
